Heal yourself through health coach training with me, your certified holistic health coach. My free Health History Consultation is the first, essential step to this program, making sure we are a great match. If you choose to work with me past the consultation, we will work together to get to the bottom of your goals and develop holistic lifestyle shifts that are achievable and long lasting. You have the power to heal yourself, I am just here to guide you on your journey! I will provide you with resources each session, along with activities and exercises to guide you along your journey each week. Together, we will kickstart your holistic health journey, on your terms. This is about finding what works best for YOU, to guarantee a long lasting lifestyle shift that you are happy with.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email us no less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you miss a session without prior cancellation, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. All health coaching programs cannot be refunded once the program agreement has been signed. Please contact for support and/or with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you.
