Service Description

If you are someone who dreads grocery shopping and goes there not knowing what to buy to make the best choices, this guided grocery store visit may be for you! Together we will take a personalized grocery store tour; I will guide you through each aisle and teach you how to navigate the grocery store. I will also show you some of my go-to staple grocery times and teach you my tips and tricks or feeling confident with your grocery shopping. We will fully discuss what to look for, so you are fully prepared for your future grocery store trips on your own. You can use this time to ask unlimited questions about food items, labels, and more. This includes: -30-60 minute in-depth grocery store tour -my tips and tricks for navigating the store -my staple grocery items -all questions on food, labels, etc answered -personalized email recap

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email us no less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you miss a session without prior cancellation, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. All health coaching programs cannot be refunded once the program agreement has been signed.
