Vegan Peanut Butter Blossoms {gf, v, rsf}

Happy to say I finally got this recipe done; I've been thinking about making it all month. These peanut butter blossom cookies are the perfect treat, made with 8 simple ingredients. For this recipe, I use all my favorite vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free baking ingredients. Instead of the classic Hersey Kiss on top, I used my favorite vegan, no sugar added chocolate gems by Hu Kitchen. These cookies have the best balance of sweet and salty. Plus, they're incredibly easy to make. You won't wanna miss these for your holiday celebrations!



Prep time: 5 minutes

Bake time: 9 minutes

Serving size: 12 cookies


3/4c almond flour

1/2 Georgia Grinders creamy peanut butter {code wellnesswithmak for 20% off}

2tbs pure maple syrup

1/4c melted coconut butter

1/4c coconut sugar

1/2tsp vanilla

1/2tsp baking soda

pink salt


1. Preheat oven to 350 F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat.

2. In a large bowl, add and mix all ingredients {besides chocolate gems}.

3. Roll batter into balls and transfer to prepped baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle with extra pink salt and bake for 8-10 minutes.

5. Once done baking, press chocolate gem into the center of each cookie and transfer to cooling rack.
