Trail Mix Blender Bliss Balls {gf,v}

Not sure about you, but trail mix has always been one of my favorite snacks. However, it's so easy to overeat because it's just addicting. So, why not transfer it into bliss bowls to satisfy that craving? These bliss balls are loaded with wholesome ingredients, such as almond butter, pitted dates, pumpkin seeds, hearty oats, walnuts, almonds, raw honey, and more; the flavor is amazing! Not only are they trail mix in ball form, but they are no bake. Recipes don't get much more simple than this; al you do is add everything to a blender! You can grow these together in minutes, and you have a healthy snack or treat for any time of day. This recipe is gluten free and grain free, as well.

 
 

RECIPE

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 10


INGREDIENTS

1c gluten free rolled oats

1/4c almonds + walnuts

1o dates

3tbs raw honey

1tbs flaxseed meal

1tbs hemp seeds + chia seeds

2tsp cinnamon

1/4c almond butter

1/4c pumpkin seeds

2tbs cacao nibs


METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse.

2. Stop and scrape sides every so often until well combined.

3. Once combined, roll into about 2 inch balls. {if batter is too wet, add in some more oats and mix}

4. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

5. Store in fridge.
