After reading this, you'll never want to buy store bought nut milk again! I love making coconut milk at home because it's seriously so simple. But, I wanted to spice it up. So, that's how we landed at Superfood Coconut Mylk; this dairy free mylk combines the superfoods, spirulina, matcha, and maca, along with Teami Greens Superfood Powder, canned coconut milk, pitted dates, cinnamon, and pure madagascar vanilla. This is full of greens from the Superfood Powder, but it also has a great sweetness from the maca, cinnamon, and vanilla. All you need for this recipe is a blender; no straining needed! I love drinking this on it's own, adding it into smoothies, and throwing it in a bowl of granola. The possibilities are endless! Plus, it's so creamy. I promise, you'll love it, and it's such a fun dairy free milk alternative!
RECIPE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 6
INGREDIENTS
1 can coconut milk {from a can}
1c water
1tsp matcha
1 1/2tsp maca
1tsp spirulina
1/2tsp cinnamon
1tsp Teami Greens Superfood Powder {use code MAK20 for 20% off}
1tsp vanilla
2-3 dates
METHOD
1. Scoop coconut cream off the top of the can and discard or set aside.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
3. Store in a jar or closed container in the fridge!
