No Bake Superfood Power Balls {gf,df}

These babies are my new obsession. For those that follow me along on @wellnesswithmak know how much I love Teami Blends. This recipe features their Teami Greens Superfood Powder, packed with 16 superfood ingredients in just one scoop. Although I love adding this to my smoothies, it makes for the perfect snack or dessert, while getting in all your greens and superfoods. These Power Balls are lightly sweetened and perfect to grab quick when on the go. Lastly, they are ~of course~ refined sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free as well.


 
 

RECIPE

Total time: 15 minutes

Prep time: 5 minutes

Freeze time: 10 minutes

Makes: 15-18 balls


INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 scoop @teamiblends Teami Greens⁣ (code MAK20 for 20% off) 1/4c each: almonds, walnuts, pecans ⁣ 3/4c coconut flakes (some for coating) ⁣ 1/2c gluten free rolled oats ⁣ 1tbs pure maple syrup ⁣ 1tbs hemp seeds ⁣ 5 pitted dates ⁣ 2tbs flaxseed meal ⁣ 1tbs almond milk ⁣ 1tsp cinnamon


METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until a dough consistency is formed.

2. Scoop & roll into balls.

3. Place in freezer to harden for 10 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, blend the coconut flakes in a food processor with a few dashes or cinnamon to reach a fine texture.

5. Remove superfood balls for the freezer & roll in the shredded coconut flakes.

6. Store in fridge.
