Maple Caramel Banana Bread {gf, df}

Anyway else have a pile of brown bananas that didn't pan put too hot because they anxiously tried to stock up? If so, you're in luck! Let's face it, there's really no way to save a bulk of bananas, and being self-quarantined doesn't make it any easier. But, putting those bananas to use with some Maple Caramel Banana Bread makes everything better, I promise. Don't believe me? Just see for yourself! This bread is bursting with flavor and texture- from the bananas to the hemp seeds, and the maple caramel almond butter. Not to mention, this recipe is one and done with one blender! There you go- another reason to get your hands on this recipe.
RECIPE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 45-50 minutes
Serving size: 10
INGREDIENTS
3 mashed bananas
1c almond flour
1c oat flour
1/4c flaxseed meal
1/3c melted coconut oil
1/3c pure maple syrup + 2tbs pure honey
2 eggs
1tsp pure vanilla
1/3c Georgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter
1/4c unsweetened almond milk
1/4c hemp seeds {optional for texture}
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of pink salt
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
2. Add all dry ingredients to blender {flour, baking soda, flaxseed meal, cinnamon} and blend.
3. Crack eggs into blender and blend. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas.
4. Add bananas, along with all wet ingredients to blender {maple syrup, honey, vanilla, maple caramel almond butter, coconut oil} and blend well.
5. Fold in hemp seeds and a sprinkle of pink salt and pulse a few times.
6. Transfer batter to loaf tin and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
