ILY So Matcha Smoothie Bowl {gf, v}

Over the past two years, I have basically become the smoothie bowls queen. I have convinced my brother, mom, dad, boyfriend, boyfriend's mom, and more to love smoothie bowls too. My mom and I travel at least once a week to try a new smoothie bowl place or hit up our fave spots. However, I have a passion for creating them myself, and sometimes, I prefer the ones I make because of the consistency and all the $$$ I saw. Let's me honest, smoothie bowls are expensive af. Another fave of mine is matcha, and putting the two together sounded like the perfect creation. So, thats what I did. This smoothie bowl base is packed with superfoods and greens, and will leave your feeling refreshed. The recipe features my favorite Futherfood superfood matcha, which I highly recommend picking up if you love matcha (use promo code: wellnesswithmak for 5% off). I do include what toppings I used for mine, but you can customize your bowl to your liking; that's the best part! Lastly, this recipe uses coconut water, but you are free to choose whichever liquid you desire. My version is ~of course~ dairy free.

1/2 frozen banana ⁣⁣ 1/4c frozen blueberries ⁣⁣ Small handful of frozen mango⁣⁣ 1/4 avocado ⁣⁣ Cinnamon (to taste)⁣⁣ 1 scoop spirulina powder ⁣⁣ @furtherfood superfood matcha⁣ (use code wellnesswithmak for 5% off) ⁣ Large handful of spinach ⁣⁣ 1/2 cup coconut water ⁣⁣(1 cup if making a smoothie itself)

TOPPINGS (optional)

Sliced banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, homemade granola, pure honey drizzle.


1. Blend all ingredients together, pour into bowl and add your desired toppings.


Almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, hemp milk, water.
