Homemade Strawberry Cashew Mylk {gf,v,rsf}

Updated: Mar 15, 2021

Why buy $5 plant milk at the store when you can make your own at home with no additives, sugar, or artificial ingredients? I love making my own mylk, especially with a flavor like this one! This mylk is the ultimate summer mylk, and it's the perfect balance of strawberry sweetness and vanilla. Unlike many store bought dairy free milks, this recipe includes clean ingredients, such as strawberries, cashew butter, dates, pure vanilla, and cinnamon. Plus, it takes only about 5 minutes to throw together. What more could you ask for? I love pairing this with some homemade granola, mixed with yogurt, or just right out of the bottle. It's such a summer drink- I promise, you will love it!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 6

1tbs cashew butter

2c water

1/2tsp vanilla

sprinkle cinnamon

1 date

1/2c strawberries {frozen or fresh}

1. Heat strawberries in a medium skillet on medium low heat. Stir and mash until starting to become liquid.

2. Once the strawberries are cooked down {can still be chunky}, add to blender.

3. Add in the remainder of the ingredients and blend.

4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

5. Transfer to an air tight jar or container and store in the fridge.
