Go To One Skillet Apple Crumble & Granola {gf, v, rsf}

You heard it here folks... fall is in fulllll swing. Where are all my apple crisp lovers at?! This recipe is for you; it’s my go to Apple crisp crumble topping, and it also doubles as the perfect apple crisp granola! This crumble is packed with fall spices, fresh picked apples, hearty oats, seeds, and nuts. It’s also naturally sweetened with chopped dates and raw honey. You can throw this over yogurt, oats, smoothie bowls, nut milk, and it can be used for crumbles on top of your favorite fall baked goods! Plus, its all done in one skillet, right on the stove top.


 
 

RECIPE

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serving size: 12


INGREDIENTS 1c oats

1c chopped nuts: walnuts, almonds

2 apples

2tbs hemp seeds + chia seeds

2tbs flaxseed meal

1tsp Madagascar vanilla

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp allspice

1tbs coconut butter/oil

2tbs almond butter

1/4c raw honey

10 chopped dates

1/4c pumpkin seeds

1tbs coconut flour {optional for thickening} METHOD

1. Start by chopping dates and apples into small chunks, and add to a large bowl. 2. Add in all other ingredients to the large bowl and mix well until the batter is slightly crumpling.

3. Then heat coconut butter in a large skillet on medium heat.

4. Once melted, fold in the crumble.

5. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until starting to crisp, tossing every so often.

6. Once crisp and slightly clumpy, remove from heat {optional to add coconut sugar for apple crisp}.

7. Let cool and store in an air tight container or use this recipe for your apple crisp!
